I found the staff friendly and ready to assist, a real asset. the room had modern decor and cleanliness was excellent. it included more than enough clean towels, something i always appreciate. the location was very convenient. I reached the tube station within a short walk.
The breakfast felt somewhat basic. The scrambled eggs seemed to be made from a premix.
